Eligibility for Returns:

Products must be returned within 7 Days.

Condition of Products:

Items must be in their original condition, unopened for packaged goods, and reported for damage or spoilage within the designated period.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

We will reimburse your order no later than 15 days from the receipt of your cancellation request.

Refund Process

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

We only replace Products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@drocery.com.
